My journey began at the bedside, not behind a desk. For more than seven years, I cared for seniors and individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, behavioral health challenges, and other complex conditions. Those experiences taught me that every person deserves to age with dignity, respect, and compassion. As I worked with different agencies, I saw opportunities to create something even more personal — an agency where clients are treated like family, caregivers are genuinely valued, and quality care is never compromised. That vision became GrandCare LLC. I wanted to build an agency that families can trust and one where caregivers feel supported and empowered to provide exceptional care.
